30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered. Please contact us before sending any item so we can confirm the return process and provide instructions.

Free Return Process

Our currently published policy provides free returns for eligible returns requested within the 30-day return window and completed through our approved process. To request a return label or return instructions, email support@hesitandus.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Do not send an item before receiving instructions from our team.

Refunds

Returned item(s) will be reviewed after receipt. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@hesitandus.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the information and explain the available resolution. This reporting period does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable consumer law.

Missing Items

If your parcel arrives with an item missing, contact support@hesitandus.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and details of the missing item so we can review the order and shipment information.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different product, contact us before returning the original item. Exchange options depend on product availability and will be confirmed by our customer support team.
